Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policies

Returns

Our RDP XTREME, IFS DELETE, SQUAREMAX & ACTIONMAX Brand Products  reflect the following Return Policy Guidelines:


  1. No returns on ALL custom made or special order parts.
  2. No returns after 60 days of purchase.
  3. Returns given to original purchaser ONLY.
  4. Must enclose a copy of the original invoice.
  5. All products MUST be in original packaging in "NEW, UNUSED & UNINSTALLED CONDITION" without ANY MODIFICATIONS OR ALTERATIONS.  If you return an item that does not meet our Policy Guidelines you will have the option of paying for return shipping  back to you or having us dispose of the item with no refund. 
  6. We reserve the right to request photographs of the items to ensure quality.
  7. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returned items or item.
  8. Client is responsible for ALL return shipping costs.  We do not refund International Duties or accrued Credit Card interest.
  9. Returned items MUST be packed safely as initially received to prevent damage during the shipment process.  Damaged items will NOT be accepted.
  10. All  returns MUST be FULLY INSURED for ENTIRE package contents value.


Once you have read our Return Policy above and have determined your returned item or items meets our Policy Guidelines please follow the steps below:


  1. Scan and e-mail a copy of your Invoice to sales@precisionfabricationplus.com  or simply use the Returns, Refunds & Exchange Form below.
  2. List the item or items you would like to return.
  3. Once we approve your return, we will generate a Return Authorization Number.
  4. When preparing your Return shipment please write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box next to the shipment label.  Please include our Telephone Number (209) 588-1000 and sales@precisionfabricationplus.com  e-mail address to the shipment.  Make sure you select  the "Additional Options" for e-mail notifications.  This will send us up-to-date tracking information and save time for both parties.
  5. CAREFULLY package your item or items and ship them back.
  6. Once your item or items have been received we will issue a credit to your original payment method.  Please allow 7-10 days processing time for your credit to appear.

Alternative Solutions

If your item or items do not qualify under our Return Policy Guidelines please consider alternative solutions such as selling locally to fellow enthusiasts, eBay, Craigslist, OfferUp or Social Media online sale groups. 

Refunds

Our   RDP XTREME, IFS DELETE, SQUAREMAX & ACTIONMAX Brand Products  reflect the following Refund Policy Guidelines:

  2. Refunds between the sale date and 30 days of purchase will receive a credit to your original payment method.
  3. Refunds between 31 and 60 days of purchase  will receive a store credit.
  4. No refunds after 60 days.
  5. Refunds given to original purchaser ONLY.
  6. Must enclose a copy of the original invoice.
  7.   7. If your exchange item or items are valued more than the replacement item and is received between the sale date and 30 day of purchase we will issue a credit to the original payment method.   Please allow 7-10 days processing time for your credit to appear. 
  8. If your exchange item or items are valued more than the replacement item and is received between 31 and 60 days of purchase we will issue a store credit.   Please allow 7-10 days processing time for your credit to appear.
